Literally the worst support I've ever experienced with an app

Started off great... Have been trying to get an issue fixed for the past 3 months with NO HELP AT ALL. I literally can't change any settings in my account or update anything without getting an error. I have now moved to another review provider because Judge.me SUCKS. Wouldn't go near this company if you are a 7 figure store. They are cheap for a reason.
